How do I set up my watch?
Remove the small plastic stopper from between the crown and case, set the watch to the correct time, then push in the stopper.
Can I change the strap on the watch?
Our watches use a spring bar system, you are able to change the straps as long as you have a proper tool. Please note the Ooblong uses custom angled lugs and will not fit aftermarket straps.
Where are your watches made?
The movement is made in Japan, the case and assembly are completed in China.
Are the watches waterproof?
Our watches are water resistant, but not waterproof. We do not recommend submerging, however handwashing/rain will not be an issue.
How long are shipping times?
Our shipping times are generally 7-10 business days.
What materials do the watches use?
Our cases are either stainless steel or brass, this is denoted in the product description. All of our straps use a coated genuine leather, or stainless steel band. The watch crystal is mineral glass for all watches.
